We are responsible for hosting and supporting most of the solutions we deliver. We have very high uptime on our servers, and a high focus on security through physical security (breakins/fire) and backing up the data. If desired, the customer can get their own copy of their data on a regular basis.
We help our customers and users with small and big challenges through support@atlantia.no. Even though the various products have intuitive and user friendly design both for administrators and users, there is always questions. Support is included in the subscription for Atlantia Competence Tools, and by agreement for other solutions and services.
